Global Lynx provides free technical support to our customers. Please feel free to contact us if you experience any problems or if you have a question that you would like to ask. Use the addresses provided to contact Technical Support or look at a list of Frequently Asked Questions which may answer your problem.

What to do before contacting technical support:

  1. Shut your machine down, turn off the power, turn it back on and try again. Often problems caused by Windows or hardware lock-ups are fixed by this simple step.
  2. If you are able to connect, use the on-line FAQ 's which are available. Often these will answer your question, and will provide a resource for you to print or bookmark for later reference.
  3. If you are getting an error message. Write it down. If you contact technical support without the exact error message, the first thing you will be asked to do is hang up, try again and write down the exact error message. (We need this to help you!)
  4. If the problem or question is not urgent (i.e. you are not able to download a picture), then please send an e-mail to support@glx.net , or use the form at the bottom of this page instead of calling. Your e-mail will be answered quickly, and again, this will provide you with a reference to print or save for later use.
  5. If you have followed all of the steps above, and are still having trouble, use the contact information below to contact technical support.

Call 402.502.7750 and ask to speak to a technical support representative.

If you are forwarded to voice mail, this indicates that all technical support representatives are with other customers. Please leave a detailed message, including your name, number and a description of the specific problem. Messages or pages left without all of this information will not be answered.

If you do not receive a response from your voice mail within sixty minutes, and it is an urgent matter, you may page a representative by calling the pager number on the voice mail. Again, leave a voice message with name, number and a description of the problem.
