1. Open Eudora and on the lower-left side of the screen, click the "Personalities" tab. If there is no "Personalities" tab, click "Tools" on the top menu and select "Personalities." 2. With your RIGHT mouse button, click a blank space in the "Personalities" window. A popup-menu will come up. Select "New." 3. A "New Account Wizard" will pop-up. Select "Create a brand new email account" and click "Next." 4. Type in a personality name for easy identification of this "Personality." Click "Next." 5. Enter the name you would like displayed when people recieve mail from you (ex: Chris Jones). Click "Next". 6. Enter your email address. It should be your_user_name@glx.net (ex:jwilson@glx.net). "Click Next." 7. Enter your "Login Name." It should be the first part of your email address (ex: jwilson). Click "Next." 8. The "Incoming Email Server" is "mail.glx.net" without the quotes. Select POP3 from the choices of POP3 or IMAP. Click "Next." 9. The "Outgoing Email Server" is also "mail.glx.net" without the quotes. Click the "Allow Authentication" checkbox. Click "Next." 10. Congratulations! You are now set up to check your email with Eudora. Click "Finish." You should now have a new "Personality" in your "Personalities" window. To check your email, click the "Check Mail" button in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
